About:
At Burtons, we offer a wide range of Will writing services designed with you and your needs in mind. We do not provide off the shelf Wills, our Wills are all bespoke and are suitable for small value estates through complex situations where large estates and assets are involved.
Your final wishes are extremely important, and we pride ourselves on our personal touch to ensure that your expectations are met; we prefer to speak to you in person to understand exactly what your requirements are to fit your current circumstances. This can be done either by a face to face meeting at one of our offices or via email, skype or telephone. With all remote Will writing, we will need to ensure that our client ID checks are thoroughly completed prior to commencement.
A straight-forward Will can be written for you within a week from receipt of signed compliance documentation and in certain circumstances, we can write a Will within 24 hours in the event of an urgent situation; we are experienced with dealing with individuals in care homes and hospices and we are able to offer home, care home and hospice visits to suit you.
You need to be happy that your Will reflects your wishes, you will have every opportunity to see drafts, ask questions, amend or change your new Will prior to signing and this is all included in our one fixed cost. No hidden fees, the price you are quoted is the price you pay.
You will be assigned a “conveyancer” to assist you with your sale or purchase (or even both) who will be your main point of contact throughout the process, your conveyancer will get to know the property and will aid you in making sure you understand not only what is going on, but making sure that the process is moved as quickly as possible.
